About the role
The Contract Recruiter leads full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse portfolio of positions throughout the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR partners and business leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate brings significant experience recruiting within manufacturing organizations and thrives in entrepreneurial, rapidly evolving environments where priorities shift quickly and speed, quality, and accountability are critical.
This is a high-capacity, execution-focused recruiter who can independently manage 15+ requisitions and deliver excellent hiring results while partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Hourly range: $40.00 to $45.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Independently manage 15+ active requisitions simultaneously
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to potential candidates, hiring managers and business leaders
- Manage recruiting processes from intake through offer acceptance
- Maintain ATS compliance, candidate documentation, and recruiting data integrity
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, talent pipelines, and hiring outcomes
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Lead full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance
- Conduct intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies for each search
- Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates
- Manage interview coordination, candidate communications, and offer processes
- Support offer negotiations and closing activities
Talent Sourcing
- Develop pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and direct sourcing techniques
- Create sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and specialized roles
- Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability and hiring trends
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned hiring managers and business leaders
- Provide regular updates on search progress, pipeline activity, and market conditions
- Consult on candidate assessment and interviewing best practices
- Influence hiring decisions through recruiting expertise and market insight
Recruiting Operations & Technology
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation within the ATS
- Utilize recruiting technologies and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and sourcing effectiveness
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity
- Ensure compliance with company recruiting processes and employment regulations

Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success managing 15+ concurrent and unique requisitions
- Proven recruiting experience in manufacturing industry
- Experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, project management, commercial/sales, digital/technology, and corporate functions
- Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methods
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting productivity and sourcing effectiveness
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within retail display, POP, shopper marketing, merchandising, fixtures, or experiential marketing industries
- Experience supporting startup, entrepreneurial, or high-growth organizations
- Experience serving as the primary or sole recruiter supporting a business unit or division
- Agency recruiting experience supporting manufacturing clients
