About the role
Our partner is looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter based in the United States to join a collaborative Talent Acquisition function and make an immediate impact across a diverse hiring portfolio. You will own recruiting processes from initial requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and hire, combining strategic partnership with hiring managers, proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hands-on pipeline management. The role involves recruiting across both technical and non-technical functions, supporting teams in the United States and potentially international markets. This opportunity is well-suited to a bilingual recruiting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support full-cycle recruiting across open positions in the United States and international markets.
- Own recruiting processes from requisition kickoff through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer acceptance, and successful hire.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates and maintain strong, healthy talent pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidates against role requirements while maintaining an efficient, engaging, and professional candidate experience.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team priorities, organizational needs, and candidate profiles.
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accurate pipeline activity, priorities, and timelines.
- Recruit across both technical functions (e.g., engineering and product) and non-technical functions (e.g., operations and go-to-market teams).
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting process to ensure timely decisions and smooth candidate progression.
- Maintain high standards of communication and follow-through with candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to independently manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation, acceptance, and hire.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for both technical positions (e.g., engineering and product) and non-technical roles across business functions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, candidate management, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers.
- Based in the United States.
- Experience recruiting for international positions in addition to U.S.-based roles is a strong advantage.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Juicebox, or comparable applicant tracking and sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
