About the role
Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA), an RPO and Recruitment Marketing Company, is seeking a Contract Recruiter with a "can-do" attitude to tackle challenging, hard-to-fill positions in the Home-Services and Professional Services industries. We're looking for a relationship-driven recruiter who wants to make an impact in candidates' lives, foster connections to build a solid talent acquisition network, and continuously grow.
You will find, screen, and help hire great people quickly while maintaining a clean process in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
You will handle the full recruiting process for your open roles: sourcing, screening, and helping close offers. You will keep records accurate in the ATS and provide clear weekly updates.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and help close offers for hard-to-fill positions in Home-Services and Professional Services industries
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide clear and timely updates to candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth and respectful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of recruiting experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency, or in-house
- Strong interviewing and communication skills; organized and reliable
- Comfortable using ATS, recruiting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and generating simple reports
