Responsibilities

• Source and attract top-tier talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers and external partners to develop innovative recruitment strategies reflecting mission, values, and culture
• Identify “Purple Squirrels” – candidates with exceptional, rare skills aligned with needs
• Cultivate strong relationships with hiring leaders
• Refine job descriptions
• Employ diverse sourcing strategies to tap into hidden talent pools
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences
