About the role

This is a contract position. As a Contract Recruiter on our People Team, you will directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce that is changing the way people use energy. In this pivotal role, you will apply your experience in talent advisement, establish yourself as an expert to business partners, and guide qualified candidates through our recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Energetically cultivate relationships with managers at various levels of the organization to find and deliver exceptional candidates for open vacancies.
  • Build and refine the recruitment process while executing it flawlessly.
  • Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized hiring approaches at scale.
  • Focus on identifying the strongest candidates to advance the business, then shepherd their hiring experience with passion and grace.
  • Represent the CLEAResult brand in every interaction, deeply vet candidates, partner with vendors, and collaborate with other organizations.
  • Support members of the Recruiting team and collaborate cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to advance our mission.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
  • A track record of navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms. Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
  • Affinity for data and its application in driving success.
  • Knowledge of the labor market and current trends.
  • Relentless desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support.

Pay

Compensation range: $35 - $45 per hour. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, and certain degrees or certifications.
