Contract Recruiter

About the role

This is a contract position. We are looking for a talented individual to join our People Team as a Contract Recruiter. You will directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce that is changing the way people use energy.

Responsibilities

• Energetically cultivate relationships with managers at various levels of the organization to leverage in finding and delivering exceptional candidates for open vacancies.
• Build the recruitment process while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class.
• Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale.
• Focus on finding the strongest candidates to help move the business forward and shepherd their hiring experience with passion and grace.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations.
• Support members of the Recruiting team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting.
• The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms. Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
• An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success.
• Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends.
• The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally.
• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
• Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Pay

Compensation Range: $35 - $45 / hour. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills, and prior relevant experience.
