Contract Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt and exempt manufacturing roles within Beehive Industries. This role will be a 4+ month contract position located at our Centennial, Colorado facility.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through various networking channels and social media
• Act as a reliable partner for hiring managers, proactively reaching out to provide weekly updates and feedback
• Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets needed for critical roles
• Manage candidates who apply through the applicant tracking system
• Ensure communication with candidates reflects Beehive Industries’ values and culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life‑cycle recruitment experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced in‑house role for growing organizations
• At least 3+ years of experience heavily recruiting for manufacturing roles within the aviation/aerospace/DOD industry

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required (only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance

Skills

• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage a diverse pool of niche talent
• Source and engage passive candidates through alternative search techniques
• Proactive approach and thinking outside the box
• Ability to work independently
• Recruitment agency experience preferred but not required
• Build a solid pipeline of applicants for a variety of roles within the Propulsion division
