Contract Recruiter

What You'll Do...

• Sources qualified candidates through various networking channels throughout social media
• Works as a reliable partner for Hiring Managers, proactively reaches out to provide weekly updates and feedback
• Builds a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
• Manages candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
• Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in a dynamic/fast paced in-house recruitment role recruiting for growing organizations
• At least 3+ years of experience heavily recruiting for manufacturing roles within the aviation/aerospace/DOD industry
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent
• Build a solid pipeline of applicants for a variety of roles within our Propulsion division
• Proactive approach and thinking outside the box
• Ability to work independently

Qualifications

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Pay

Beehive Industries offers a salary range of $50.00-$90.00 an hour, in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions will be considered when extending an offer.
