About the role

Our client, a regional banking institution, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across corporate and retail banking functions. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure top talent while managing multiple searches simultaneously. The role focuses on developing talent pipelines, executing sourcing strategies, and driving the recruitment process from intake through offer stage.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting across corporate and retail banking functions
  • Partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure top talent
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Develop talent pipelines and execute sourcing strategies
  • Drive the recruitment process from intake through offer stage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting within financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, networking, and campus recruiting
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Available to work fully onsite in New York City

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $37–$50/hr.
