Contract Recruiter

About the role

Our client, a prominent media organization, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support hiring across corporate functions including strategy, human resources, legal, finance, and investor relations in a hybrid New York City-based role. This recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level through director-level searches while partnering closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers. The role offers broad exposure across corporate teams in a highly collaborative environment and is expected to run through year-end with potential for extension.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within corporate functions including HR, legal, finance, strategy, or related business areas
• Experience supporting director-level and mid-level hiring initiatives
• Experience managing 12–15 concurrent searches in a high-volume environment

Preferred qualifications

• Experience recruiting within creative organizations, including publishing, media, marketing, advertising, or similar industries

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $50–$56/hr.
