Your Impact As the sole full-cycle recruiter championing our talent acquisition strategy, this role is critical to our post-merger organizational alignment. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you’ll receive coordination and scheduling support, enabling you to focus on skilled execution, clearing hiring bottlenecks, and delivering high quality talent. The value of this role relies on your ability to navigate organizational complexities and influence time-constrained stakeholders with high standards. By blending diplomacy with unwavering drive, you’ll enforce operational structure and command the hiring lifecycle from intake to close. Success means injecting momentum into stalled reqs, protecting the candidate experience, and earning deep credibility as a trusted advisor to our hiring teams.
Your Core Focus
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of reqs across technical, commercial, product, operations, and data science disciplines.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, align on ideal candidate profiles, and enforce consistent feedback loops.
- Coach interview panels on best practices, structured interview techniques, and efficient ATS (Greenhouse) utilization.
- Partner closely with offshore recruiters to facilitate a frictionless India hiring experience.
- Efficiently direct the coordination and scheduling efforts of matrixed People team partners offering fractional TA support.
- Maintain meticulous data hygiene and tracking within the ATS and other reporting tools.
