Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent for construction and commercial services roles.
• Conduct thorough screenings of candidates' qualifications and skills to ensure they meet company needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, from initial contact through offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in recruiting practices.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessing best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for senior-level openings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the construction and commercial services industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Strong understanding of the recruiting process and ability to implement best practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in recruitment software and databases.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to fill open positions.
