We are a high growth, Vision / Mission-focused, Values-driven facilities maintenance company providing world class client services to companies across the US and are looking for a success minded contracted Project Assistant for a 6-8 week temporary engagement, with possibility of a temp-to-hire transition for the highly successful individual. This contracted, temporary Project Assistant role is a great option for success-minded professionals who desire to excel in a fun, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and execute a large volume and variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling subcontractors to execute repairs within budget and on time
  • Follow up on subcontractor quotes and completion documents to ensure projects are quoted and completed within SLA
  • Verify subcontractors are on track for scheduled site visits
  • Provide exemplary customer service and communication
  • Use various computer tools to communicate and document project information per company procedures
  • Source subcontractors for various scopes of construction trade work using internal and external resources
  • Confirm subcontractors meet LPS insurance and procedural requirements

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly learn work order management systems
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
  • Critical thinking / Problem solving skills
  • Excellent phone, typing and computer fluency
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A team-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • High School / High school equivalent
  • Work authorization: United States (Required)
  • Preferred but not required: familiarity with construction, home repairs, and or general handyman work

Pay

$18.75

Schedule

8-5, M-F, in-office

Duration

Contracted Temporary, Full-time, 6-8 week engagement
