About the Role

The US Contract & Pricing Operations team is seeking a highly organized and analytical Contract Operations Analyst to support our Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracting space. This role is critical in managing daily operations and contract performance of accounts, ensuring compliance with pricing agreements in both the Oncology and Ophthalmology franchises. The analyst will partner with functional teams including market access, strategy, sales, finance, legal, and government pricing.

Responsibilities

  • Create and test program components in the Model N contracting and rebate platforms based on set program strategies.
  • Update customer membership details in Model N.
  • Process all GPO and similar rebate claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stay up to date with pricing programs for different brands.
  • Review new customers entering Regeneron’s ecosystem and communicate with internal and external customers and vendors (Specialty Distributors, 3PL, GPOs, HCPs) to ensure accurate pricing and discounts, resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Monitor contract requirements to ensure compliance with contract terms and government regulations for both customers and Regeneron.
  • Maintain contract parameters in partnership with our 3PL, including customer membership/affiliations, product, prices, performance tiers, date ranges, and incentive percentages.
  • Communicate changes in pricing program activities to customers and vendors.
  • Resolve chargeback issues accurately and timely.
  • Proactively review, analyze, and establish claim processing standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Develop reports and analysis to support metric tracking and advise on the status, volume, and potential accrual needs of future rebates, fees, and other payments.
  • Respond to internal and independent audit requests related to rebate and system processes.
  • Produce departmental materials to document work activity and processes.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong time management, and a hands-on approach to contract-related activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.

Schedule

This role requires onsite presence 4 days a week in the Sleepy Hollow, NY office.

Pay

Salary Range (annually): $71,800.00 - $116,800.00.
