About the Role

The Contract Operations Analyst supports Regeneron's Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracting space, managing daily operations and contract performance for the Oncology and Ophthalmology franchises. This role partners with market access, strategy, sales, finance, legal, and government pricing teams to ensure compliance with pricing agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Create and test program components in the Model N contracting and rebate platforms based on set program strategies.
  • Update customer membership details in Model N.
  • Process GPO and similar rebate claims accurately and timely.
  • Stay updated with pricing programs for different brands.
  • Review new customers entering Regeneron’s ecosystem and communicate with internal/external stakeholders (Specialty Distributors, 3PL, GPOs, HCPs) to ensure accurate pricing and discounts, resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Monitor contract requirements to ensure compliance with terms and government regulations.
  • Maintain contract parameters (e.g., customer membership, product prices, performance tiers, date ranges, incentive percentages) in partnership with 3PL.
  • Communicate pricing program changes to customers and vendors.
  • Resolve chargeback issues accurately and timely.
  • Proactively review, analyze, and establish claim processing standard operating procedures to align with company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Develop reports and analysis for metric tracking, advising on rebate status, volume, and accrual needs.
  • Respond to internal and independent audit requests related to rebate and system processes.
  • Produce departmental materials to document work activity and processes.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Attention to detail, strong time management, and hands-on approach to contract-related activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Onsite 4 days a week in Sleepy Hollow, NY.

Pay

Salary Range (annually): $71,800.00 - $116,800.00.

Final offer will be determined based on role level, skills, and experience. Collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) may influence certain elements of pay or benefits in some countries.
