Contract Migration Manager

Job Title: Contract Migration Manager Location: Newark, New Jersey Work Model: Hybrid (Three days Onsite) Job Type: Contract Role Summary We are seeking a Contract Migration Manager to lead the transition of Verizon Carrier Services billing and invoicing processes, systems, and operational workflows from the existing MSA framework to the T1776 Contract framework. The role will manage migration planning and execution, process assessment, future-state design, contractual alignment, billing validation, and transition readiness. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end migration of Verizon Carrier Services billing and invoicing processes from the current MSA framework to the T1776 Contract. Analyze current-state billing processes, invoicing workflows, systems, rate structures, and operational procedures to identify gaps and migration requirements. Define and document future-state billing and invoicing workflows aligned with T1776 Contract requirements. Coordinate with Verizon teams, Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, and internal stakeholders on migration requirements, dependencies, and deliverables. Develop and maintain migration plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and transition deliverables. Identify and manage migration risks, process gaps, contractual dependencies, and operational impacts. Develop and track risk mitigation and transition plans throughout the migration. Validate invoice accuracy, billing rules, rate structures, and contractual requirements during the transition. Ensure billing and invoicing processes are aligned with the T1776 Contract framework. Manage resolution of billing, invoicing, rate, process, and contractual issues affecting migration activities. Monitor migration readiness, execution status, dependencies, and outstanding issues through completion. Support post-migration validation and stabilization of transitioned billing and invoicing processes. Required Skills And Experience 7+ years of experience in contract migration, contract transition, business process migration, or related transformation initiatives. Experience managing billing and invoicing process transitions. Experience analyzing current-state processes and defining future-state workflows. Experience with contractual requirements, billing structures, rate validation, and invoice accuracy. Experience developing and managing migration plans, transition timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans. Experience coordinating across Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, business stakeholders, and external organizations. Experience managing complex cross-functional migration initiatives. Preferred Experience Experience in telecommunications or carrier services. Experience with Verizon Carrier Services. Experience with MSA and contract framework transitions. Experience with telecommunications billing and invoicing. Familiarity with the T1776 Contract framework.
