Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, compliance monitoring, renewal, and resolution. This is a customer-facing role that requires regular interaction with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage contractual matters, resolve issues, and support strong business relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and contract administration principles.
- Prior experience working as a Contract Manager or in a closely related role.
- Proven contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
- High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret contract language and translate obligations into practical business actions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification or specialization in contract law or contract management.
- Working knowledge of contract management systems or software.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Paralegal background or significant hands-on experience in contract management.
- Experience supporting both customer-facing and vendor-facing agreements.
