With a global presence and a broad team of professionals, the organization supports major infrastructure investments worldwide.About the OpportunityThe Contract Management Support role supports the administration and oversight of active contracts and procurement agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. This position assists contract managers with reviewing task orders, invoices, amendments, and contractor performance while providing analysis and recommendations to mitigate risk. The role contributes to effective contract execution, audit readiness, compliance, and process efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle.Responsibilities• Apply procurement processes and conduct market research to support the timely delivery of goods and services.• Liaise with contractors to interpret contractual obligations and resolve contract-related issues.• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other departments to maintain contractual and regulatory compliance.• Implement contract management policies and identify opportunities for process improvement.• Maintain the centralized contract repository and ensure electronic contract files remain complete and current.• Monitor contractual risks, key terms, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.• Analyze contractor performance and prepare related correspondence, reports, and recommendations.• Support audit readiness, monthly reporting, and special projects.• Coordinate contract amendments, renewals, extensions, and terminations.• Track and report compliance metrics and vendor performance.• Assist contract managers with client requirements and contract compliance activities.• Conduct post-award contract reviews and document lessons learned.• Maintain current knowledge of procurement regulations and update related training materials.• Develop standardized procurement and contract administration tools, templates, and processes.• Support internal audits and external reviews by providing required documentation.• Provide training and guidance on contract administration and compliance requirements.• Review contractor invoices for compliance with contract terms, applicable laws, and organizational requirements.• Manage contract documentation throughout the complete contract lifecycle.• Validate personnel and subcontractor approvals before invoice submission.• Respond to inquiries regarding order status, changes, cancellations, and related contract matters.• Collaborate with on-site personnel to resolve invoicing, documentation, and compliance concerns.• Analyze, prepare, and approve invoices to ensure alignment with contract terms and supporting documentation.• Support preparation of contractual documentation by comparing prices, specifications, and requirements.• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational and project objectives.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.• Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple contracts, priorities, and deadlines effectively.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to collaborate with contractors, clients, Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders.• Proficiency in maintaining organized contract documentation and electronic records.
