About the Opportunity:The CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST II role is responsible for delivering consistent and responsive contract support to Commercial and Vendor Legal teams. This position manages various agreements, facilitates legal intake, and collaborates with multiple internal teams to support legal and business needs. It plays a key role in handling routine contract matters independently while assisting attorneys with complex negotiations, ensuring effective contract management that supports organizational growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial and vendor agreements, amendments, NDAs, and other contractsTriage incoming legal requests and respond to contract and process inquiriesCoordinate contract approvals and cross-functional reviews to advance executionMaintain and improve standard contract templates, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge resourcesCommunicate contract positions, risks, and next steps clearly to business partnersIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and qualityManage internal service level agreements while balancing priorities and escalating urgent mattersCollaborate with Legal Operations, Financial Systems, and Procurement on solution design and deliverySupport ad hoc matters and special projects as the contract management function evolves Requirements:3+ years of experience in contract management, paralegal work, or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced technology environmentBachelor’s degreeExperience with contract lifecycle management platforms; preference for IroncladStrong organizational and project management skills managing multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to independently manage routine and moderately complex contract matters and involve specialists as neededSound judgment and critical thinking applied to negotiations, drafting, and guidanceComfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting with shifting prioritiesDetail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focusedCollaborative mindset willing to contribute to operational and specialized contract work Pay Range and Compensation Package:USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $100,000 - $150,000USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $88,000 - $138,000Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and technology spending, and benefits including fully subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.
