Key Responsibilities
- Review owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, NDAs, and other project-related agreements for completeness and compliance.
- Cook up the contract execution process, ensuring timely routing, approvals, signatures, and document retention.
- Track contract milestones, insurance requirements, amendments, renewals, notices, and other key obligations.
- Maintain organized contract files and document management systems.
- Partner with Operations and Risk Management to identify contract issues and escalate items requiring legal review.
- Aid in preparing contract exhibits, correspondence, and standard contract documentation.
- Support project teams by answering contract-related administrative questions and ensuring documentation remains current.
- Help develop and maintain standardized contract processes, templates, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Ace an associate's or bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, paralegal support, or a similar administrative role.
- Show experience reviewing and administering commercial or construction contracts.
- Display strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Show proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Show ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
