About the role

This Contract Maintenance Professional (CMP) will assist the Government in administering contracts to include drafting of modifications to contract documents such as TTOs, Award Fee Plans, and CDRLs; tracking, analyzing, and reporting contract costs; and monitoring and reporting on contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and receipt of goods and services.

Responsibilities

  • Work any tickets that come through SNOW
  • Respond to customer and leadership emails
  • Provide program and/or new project quotes
  • Provide quotes for RI's, CSP's, Training, and Reserved Capacity
  • Track any new accounts and account closures
  • Attend Skype meetings
  • Add awarded MODS to WandS, C2E, & Azure tracking sheets
  • Avoidance of communication with CM's and CO regarding contract
  • Avoidance of assisting customers with their programs (provide funding balances, adding additional funding, provide guidance on starting a new projects)
  • Avoidance of updating SOPs as needed
  • Avoidance of providing Azure and AWS Consult training to customers
  • Avoidance of invoicing and PO Accounting (monthly)

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of DoD/IC/commercial experience in contract management, finance, customer service, or business.
  • An Associate's Degree with a business focus; OR Forty-five (45) business-related college credits; OR A Bachelor's Degree with a business focus.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of formulas, functions, and charts.

Pay

Salary Range: 69,000-102,000
