Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to program leadership.
- Aid in the preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets, letters, memoranda, agendas, and schedules; prepare materials for internal and customer meetings.
- Maintain calendars; schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, and appointments; reserve conference rooms, provide catering as needed.
- Arrange travel itineraries and assist with timely submission of expense reports.
- Interface with high-level internal and external contacts.
- Manage and plan events for program teams' engagement.
- Ensure exceptional coordination and support for customer meetings/visitors.
- Create and maintain appropriate databases.
- Perform research or data analysis tasks.
- Process overtime requests for program team members.
- Support general office duties, including ordering and stocking of office supplies, drinks, food, and snacks in support of site operations/meetings/routine business.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The job schedule is 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.
