Responsibilities

• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other heavy material handling tools)
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shipped
• Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations
• Be available to work overtime and weekends
• Oversee essential warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, verification, shipping, manifesting, and screening
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and boost productivity
• Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory standards
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance processes and apply best practices for operational improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Forklift operating experience preferred
• Basic technical and math skills

Pay

$21.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
