Contract Epic Professional Billing - PB - Principal Trainer - New Implementation

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Epic Resolute Professional Billing training environment, ensuring it mirrors the production environment.
• Create sample billing data and scenarios that reflect real-world situations for users to experience during training.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the training environment is updated and aligned with the production environment.
• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they understand the workflows and are prepared for the live system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the training environment, working closely with technical staff.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT training.
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification required.
• Experience managing and maintaining Epic training environments.
• Strong understanding of billing workflows and system configuration.
