About the role
The PCard Program Coordinator (the Coordinator) is responsible for providing comprehensive operational and administrative duties for the effective delivery and continuous improvement of the PCard Program (the Program).
The Program provides oversight and monitoring for 1,100 cardholders across multiple campuses, and there are 75,000 transactions totaling approximately $25 million annually processed through this Program.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain onboarding and training materials for cardholders and key stakeholders participating in the PCard Program.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions tailored to diverse audiences across the organization.
- Manage and maintain training resources and documentation within the learning management system.
- Provide frontline customer service (email and phone), and apply policies and procedures across a wide range of business scenarios and operational needs.
- Serve as a central point of contact for program-related questions, issue resolution, and policy clarification.
- Collaborate with campus partners and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
- Create and distribute departmental communications, job aids, and procedural documentation to support program operations.
- Oversee document retention processes and maintain accurate program records in accordance with established requirements.
- Support audit activities and internal control initiatives to strengthen program integrity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally to diverse audiences.
- Conduct research, independently acquire knowledge, and engage with subject matter experts to support informed decision-making.
- Utilize PowerPoint or similar presentation software to develop impactful presentations and training materials.
- Proficient use of presentation software is essential.
- Use Excel to perform data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and program monitoring activities.
- Proficient use of excel is essential.
- Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prioritize competing responsibilities and make sound, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
Salary range is $61,000 - $69,700, or commensurate with the labor market.
