We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Contract Recruiter to further our success as one of the largest and fastest-growing independently owned and operated Ashley licensees. Our environment is fast-paced and high-energy as we continue our rapid growth rate.

Day In The Life

• Develop innovative and strategic methods to source, evaluate, and ultimately hire external talent.
• Continuous learning and development to be an expert in the business you serve.
• Maintain robust pipeline of candidates while ensuring a quality candidate experience and effective flow of applicants.
• Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to ensure they are working to support business objectives.
• Coordinate Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to identify key support needs with sourcing assignments.
• Schedule interviews on behalf of TA Team.
• Ensure all documentation in regard to candidate pipelines, sourcing efforts and scheduled interviews are maintained.
• Sustain accurate data collection and reporting on sourcing activity.
• To provide an excellent candidate experience and uphold departmental processes.
• Ensure all company HR-related policies and federal and state laws are applied consistently.
• Be a culture champion in both words and actions as you introduce future Memory Makers home to Broad River Retail.
• All duties as assigned to support effective hiring practices.

Workplace Environment

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Required to work a hybrid work schedule reporting to the office in Fort Mill, SC as required by leadership with opportunity for remote days.
