About the role
The Contract Compliance Manager (CCM) oversees the quality control of various business operations, enhances client satisfaction, and collaborates effectively with Independent Contractors (IC).
Responsibilities
- Work independently and with others in diverse facilities such as industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc.
- Exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and involving others to meet client needs.
- Communicate with the Facility Solutions Manager daily for urgent issues, including nightly updates via email or phone.
- Recommend IC work assignments, ensure adherence to client and company standards, and terminate services if necessary.
- Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client starts, or VIP treatments.
- Utilize the company’s CRM platform for daily duties.
- Adhere to City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services.
- At least 2 years of prior management experience, including coaching, motivating, developing, and leading teams in multi-unit or off-site locations.
- Strong planning, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with Spanish speaking being a significant advantage.
- Innovative thinking and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Able to work nights, with flexible hours ranging from 5pm to 2am, depending on specific needs.

- Compensation: $25 per hour, with a guarantee of 20 hours per week and auto reimbursement.
