Contract Closeout

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Aid the Government in executing source selections as per FAR 9.505-4
• Celebrate functional meeting requests, develop source selection documentation such as source selection plans, acquisition strategies, and non-disclosure agreements
• Evaluate proposal drafts for non-governmental activities
• Support contract and subcontract management
• Offer guidance on contracts and provide technical and operational leadership for program and business management teams
• Advise on contractual rights and obligations, risk avoidance and mitigation, and strategy
• Manage existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies for follow-on efforts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's Degree is required
• Three to ten years’ experience in this type of program or position is required
• Expert in performing final Contract closeouts of assigned contracts, i.e. ensuring delivery/inspection/acceptance of contractual end items and ensures all administrative/reporting actions have been resolved before recommending closeout

COMPENSATION / SALARY RANGE

• BATAS adheres to federal, state, and local regulations
• This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position
• The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
• SALARY RANGE: $99,000–$231,000
