- Typing and verifying all contracts
- Run credit reports and reporting information
- Maintain inventory reports
- Verifying and reporting equity reports
- Compiling files
- Maintaining accounting for monies received
- All other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED
- Prior Administrative experience
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Time management
- Multitask
- Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Word, and all basic computer programs
- Type efficiently and accurately
- Flexible schedule
