Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming contract and RFP requests, draft agreements using templates, and review/redline hospital-provided contracts.
- Cook up contracts for signature, summarize key terms, and distribute updates to field teams, executives, Finance, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders.
- Maintain contract files and set up compliance alerts for expirations, renewals, and other critical milestones.
- Manage contract modifications, including pricing updates and term extensions, in partnership with field sales.
- Coordinate and submit RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and other responses for assigned healthcare accounts.
- Review, redline, and revise business terms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policy.
- Administer contract data within the contract management system to ensure accurate records and reporting.
- Support executive leadership and the Pricing Committee on contract-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and applicable industry codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Soft skills: High energy, go-getters, motivated, great student mentality
- 0–3 years of experience in contract administration, paralegal work, or a similar role; medical device experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills required
- Hands-on experience reading, interpreting, and editing contract language (not just filling templates)
