Essential Functions
- Provides for proper acquisition and fulfillment of contracts in accordance with company policies and customer specifications.
- Reviews costing, performance requirements and delivery schedules ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participates in order entry meetings to verify documentation is in accordance with contractual specifications; may recommend modifications to contract contents to management.
- Issues monthly invoices for automotive accounts.
- Prepares and maintains Job Summary database for major contracts.
- Affords assistance in corporate accounting collection of major contracts.
Skills and Knowledge
- Requires working knowledge of purchasing, contracts and accounting as typically may be gained through a bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of internal business processes and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills along with verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.
- Previous experience in a Contract Administrator role preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
