Job Responsibilities
- Cook with sub-contractors and follow-up as needed regarding bid submittals, changes in scheduling and other administrative functions.
- Cook and process paperwork, including pay applications, subcontractor certificates, and other administrative documents.
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships, both inside and outside the organization.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Job Qualifications
- A High School Diploma, some college preferred, but not required.
- A background in construction and accounts payable preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with ViewPoint software helpful, but not required.
- Working and demonstrable knowledge of MS Office software.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written skills, along with a strong understanding of email etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain organization and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Energetic, flexible and a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with several levels of the organization.
