Job Responsibilities

  • Cook with sub-contractors and follow-up as needed regarding bid submittals, changes in scheduling and other administrative functions.
  • Cook and process paperwork, including pay applications, subcontractor certificates, and other administrative documents.
  • Build and maintain positive and professional relationships, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity.

Job Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma, some college preferred, but not required.
  • A background in construction and accounts payable preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with ViewPoint software helpful, but not required.
  • Working and demonstrable knowledge of MS Office software.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written skills, along with a strong understanding of email etiquette.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain organization and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Energetic, flexible and a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with several levels of the organization.
