Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and revise contractual documents with a variety of multinational clients
  • Follow governance requirements, work processes, and guidelines when reviewing or preparing contract documents
  • Present and explain contract terms to the sales and project teams
  • Review client terms and conditions and participate in negotiations with the legal department
  • Prioritize and manage your work and time efficiently
  • Collaborate with others to ensure consistency and continuity in contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or equivalent experience in related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years directly applicable contracting experience in the private sector
  • Proficient knowledge of proposal and contracting processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage the contracting process for multiple clients and projects
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications

Qualifications

  • Experience working for an engineering, construction, or data center company
  • Multinational experience
  • Contracting experience in the Data Center or Advanced Manufacturing sectors
  • Contract negotiation experience

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $135,000.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

We offer a hybrid working policy, allowing employees to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations.
