Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and revise contractual documents with a variety of multinational clients
- Follow governance requirements, work processes, and guidelines when reviewing or preparing contract documents
- Present and explain contract terms to the sales and project teams
- Review client terms and conditions and participate in negotiations with the legal department
- Prioritize and manage your work and time efficiently
- Collaborate with others to ensure consistency and continuity in contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or equivalent experience in related fields
- Minimum of 5 years directly applicable contracting experience in the private sector
- Proficient knowledge of proposal and contracting processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage the contracting process for multiple clients and projects
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
Qualifications
- Experience working for an engineering, construction, or data center company
- Multinational experience
- Contracting experience in the Data Center or Advanced Manufacturing sectors
- Contract negotiation experience

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $135,000.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
We offer a hybrid working policy, allowing employees to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations.
