Responsibilities
- Create jobs in JDE and ensure accurate and timely entry of contracts and budgets.
- Post daily production and consumption for manufacturing operations.
- Prepare and process customer billings.
- Administer lien release processes, including tracking, collection, and compliance for customers and subcontractors.
- Manage and provide certificates of insurance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
- Review and process subcontractor invoices.
- Maintain forecasts and A/R tracking tools in Smartsheet.
- Provide backup support for payroll job costing functions and reception duties.
- Perform miscellaneous business analysis as requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, payroll, contracting, general accounting, or a related field.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of standard administrative practices and office equipment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to problem solve, follow directions, manage workflow, and handle challenging situations.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and remain flexible to meet deadlines.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
