Continuous Improvement Specialists

About the role

The Site APSYS Specialists will drive and coordinate locally (within a site/ cluster/ project) with all métier the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap.

Reports to Continuous Improvement Director (direct) with a dotted line to the NA APSYS Director; no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Work with CI Director on strategic transformation using site SQCD objectives and APSYS roadmap.
• Train people on APSYS program, methodologies and tools.
• Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on‑field expertise on lean & continuous improvement tools.
• Facilitate and coordinate all improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each métier based on APSYS roadmaps.
• Consolidate and report deployment status to CI Director.
