Pay

$105,000 to $130,000 per year.

Requirements

• Paper manufacturing CI experience
• Lean principles and DMAIC problem solving
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Proven coaching and influence skills

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly loss analyses and drive the site's highest-impact improvement projects.
• Coach teams on Lean tools and lead cost reduction through Lean and Six Sigma.
• Partner with leadership to align improvements with business goals and track results.
