Continuous Improvement Manager
About the role
The Continuous Improvement Manager at Provisur leads the organization’s lean manufacturing efforts, enhancing workflows, optimizing workspaces, and making the most of resources. They identify inefficiencies and apply proven lean principles to improve operations, track progress, and ensure improvements support cost efficiency, quality, and delivery goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Value Stream leaders to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives that enhance flow and meet business goals.
- Act as a Lean resource and trainer, building team capability in tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.
- Support teams in improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement (SQCDE).
- Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
- Facilitate problem-solving to address root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Track and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield, inventory, and productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices and ensure consistent performance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business, Engineering) or 4-6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing process, preferably with assembly and/or machine shop experience.
- 3-5 years of progressive Continuous Improvement experience with strong business acumen and results-driven leadership.
- Leverage Lean expertise in flow, pull systems, and transformation/change management.
- Owner mindset focused on driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitable growth.
- Read technical drawings and collaborate effectively across engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Show strong prioritization skills with the ability to set time standards and support manufacturing needs.
- Skilled in data-driven communication and presenting to all levels of leadership.
Qualifications

Pay
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications. $110,000 - $130,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
