Continuous Improvement Analyst

About the role

The CI Analyst supports continuous improvement projects through data mining, analysis, and improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency, safety, and SLA performance within Deckers Distribution Center operations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
• Conduct and present feasibility analyses for proposed projects.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor project performance.
• Analyze project data to produce insights and optimize performance.
• Identify project shortfalls and recommend remediation opportunities.
• Provide operational support, including liaising with stakeholders and tracking timelines.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Partner with Operations leadership to drive improvements that benefit the customer experience.
• Lead projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to address gaps and improve processes.
• Provide in-depth analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage compliance with audits and certifications.
• Support environmental sustainability efforts in line with corporate goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in coordinating and implementing complex projects.
• 3-5 years of experience optimizing fulfillment and distribution warehouse operations.
• Knowledge or working experience with automation (Autostore, Exotec, Caja).
• Experience in facility and process redesign and implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, administration, or a technical field is desired.
• Knowledgeable in all phases of Six Sigma; Green Belt certification preferred.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft software.

Pay

$67,300.00 - $78,300.00. The salary range reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in the US - IN Mooresville Distribution Center. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
