Contingent Workforce Governance Lead

What you'll Do
- Design and maintain a comprehensive risk framework covering compliance, co-employment, worker classification, supplier risk, and data/privacy.
- Conduct regular risk assessments across geographies, vendors, and worker types.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and co-employment guidelines.
- Partner with Legal to standardize contractor agreements and staffing contracts.
- Build and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Evaluate and monitor risks associated with staffing suppliers and partners.
- Build and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics dashboards.
- Lead investigation and resolution of risk-related incidents.
- Educate collaborators on risk policies and drive a culture of compliance.
What you need to succeed
- 7–10+ years of background in risk management, compliance, employment law, or contingent workforce programs.
- Extensive understanding of GLOBAL labor regulations and contingent workforce frameworks.
- An analytical approach with experience in risk modeling and reporting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a large enterprise managing a global contingent workforce program.
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS environments.
- Professional certifications such as CRM or CCEP.

Pay Range
The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,200 -- $246,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $170,200 - $246,400.
