Overview
phia is seeking a mission-driven Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting a federal civilian agency's cybersecurity grant and operations programs. This is Key Personnel work on a high-visibility homeland security mission—your name goes in the proposal, and your leadership shapes how national cyber grant dollars reach the communities that need them.

- Grant Program Execution: Drive cybersecurity grant program support, including return-on-investment frameworks, program monitoring checklists, regional grant training, and grant close-out functions.
- Milestone Delivery: Lead quarterly program milestones such as stakeholder notification and information-request SOPs, workflow platform support packages, stakeholder survey automation, site visit support, a special events concept of operations, and field operating guidance governance.
- Project Control: Manage contract administration end to end: staffing continuity, government-furnished equipment accountability, risk and cost-variance reporting, deliverable acceptance cycles, and transition-in execution.
- Enterprise Coordination: Coordinate across customer divisions, mission enabling offices, regional field offices, partner agencies, and interagency stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate program risks; escalate early with a proposed course of action rather than a problem statement.
