Content Ops Sr Manager
About the role
The Sr. Manager, Content Operations is a key part of the transformational journey to data-driven brand building, aiming to transform how we connect with pet parents and build relationships at the heart of everything we do. The role supports our ambition to ignite quality organic growth by accelerating speed and agility through digital transformation, process simplification, and strengthening signature programs; shaping the portfolio for growth by leveraging productivity to fuel flywheel excellence; and turbocharging tailwinds while strengthening our core. The position leads the strategic vision and governance of end-to-end content production across a major brand portfolio or key production stream, establishing and optimizing the operating model across brand teams, agency partners, and production vendors to deliver efficient, scalable, and high-quality content. The role oversees production performance, ensuring operational standards are maintained, workflows scale effectively, and assets are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand objectives.
This role reports to the Director, Content Operations & Production, and leads a team of Content Operations Managers, Content Analysts, and a Data & Systems Coordinator. The position partners closely with the embedded MarTech & Workflow Manager, Content Operations Analyst, and the Content & Production Product Owner.
