What You'll Do

  • Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
    • Create compelling content across multiple channels, including blog articles, white papers, case studies, website content, email marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and executive thought leadership content.
    • Transform complex legal, technical, and operational topics into clear, engaging content.
    • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to craft authoritative industry perspectives.
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications.
    • Optimize content for evolving search behaviors, including AI-powered search experiences.
  • Social Media & Brand Engagement
    • Manage social media strategy and execution across multiple brands and platforms.
    • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, carousels, and professional written posts.
    • Maintain content calendars aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor engagement, audience growth, and performance metrics.
    • Engage with online communities in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success creating content for professional, technical, or B2B audiences.
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related discipline.
  • Experience working within the legal industry or another regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and search best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating video content for social channels.
