About the role
The Content Marketing Manager will work closely with the content team across three key growth channels: newsletter, Instagram, and webinars. They will be responsible for researching, writing, producing, and shipping content, while also supporting operations and scaling the team's efforts.
Responsibilities
- Work in AI every day, leading the content team in Claude Cowork.
- Build your own social graphics, thumbnails, slides, and visual content using AI tools.
- Partner on research, drafting, editing, scheduling, and performance review for the weekly newsletter.
- Support webinar production and growth, from calendar management to post-event follow-up.
- Produce social copy, graphics, and short-form video for Instagram.
- Help grow our audiences across all three channels, thinking about what gets shared, saved, and attracts new subscribers.
- Pitch in on video production, capturing clips, basic edits, and preparing assets for the editor.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional writing or content marketing experience, with at least 2 as a reporter, editor, staff writer, or producer at a publication.
- 2+ years in-house at a company (not agency or freelance).
- Daily AI fluency, with experience using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Descript.
- A sharp eye for what resonates on Instagram and adjacent platforms.
- Experience producing content about personal finance, investing, fintech, or wealth management.
- Newsletter production experience (Beehiiv, Substack, ConvertKit, Mailchimp).
- Webinar or live event production experience (calendar management, slide building, registration flows).
- Hands-on audience growth track record (newsletter subscribers, Instagram followers, webinar registrants).
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, Descript).
- Comfort on camera or coaching others.
