About the role

Panorama is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Brand team and drive two high-impact parts of our content strategy: the events where K-12 district and state leaders gather—whether Panorama is hosting or presenting—and editorial content that moves our prospects and customers from awareness to action. This role sits at the intersection of event content and thought leadership content.

Requirements

  • Event Content Execution: Own the content experience for Panorama's events across industry conferences, virtual events/webinars, and customer meet-ups—from presentation development and speaker sourcing to run-of-show execution. Ensure that event content aligns with business goals, campaigns, and thought leadership strategy.

  • Proposal Management: Craft and manage conference speaking proposals, including session titles, abstracts, learning objectives, and supporting materials

  • Speaker Management: Identify, build, and maintain a strong pipeline of internal speakers and customer speakers; prepare speakers with talk tracks, messaging guidance, and presentation coaching

  • Content Repurposing: Build systems to extend event content beyond the event itself—turning sessions into blog posts, newsletter features, video and social clips, and sales enablement that create durable value

  • Full-Funnel Content Ownership: Lead editorial content strategy and production for designated solution areas across the blog, ebooks, research reports, lead gen magnets, and case studies

  • Thought Leadership Content: Partner closely with executives, senior subject matter experts, and customers to develop and shape ideas. Translate their expertise into polished, engaging content for events, webinars, the blog, LinkedIn, and more

  • Editorial Calendar and Planning: Own the content calendar for your areas, keeping work on track and stakeholders aligned across teams

  • Content Systems and Reporting: Establish scalable event content presentation templates, review processes, and SLAs that drive efficiency, consistency, and quality. Build content reporting that tracks performance and surfaces insights to improve strategy
