Content Marketing Coordinator

Think Tell Junction is adding a Content Marketing Coordinator to its team supporting communications, public relations, marketing, event support, customer engagement, and content coordination. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain content plans, editorial calendars, briefs, target audiences, keywords, owners, deadlines, and approvals.
• Coordinate articles, guides, landing-page copy, email content, social assets, or campaign materials with writers and designers.
• Research audience questions, competitor content, search intent, and campaign needs to support useful content topics across communications, marketing, and events.
• Review content for accuracy, brand alignment, search fundamentals, calls to action, links, and formatting before publication.
• Coordinate distribution across web, email, social, partner, or campaign channels after approval.
• Track traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, or other agreed content metrics and prepare performance summaries.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, research, organization, and content-marketing skills.
• Comfort using CMS, SEO, analytics, email, social, spreadsheet, and project-management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and approval cycles accurately.
• Basic understanding of audience intent, content funnels, calls to action, and performance metrics.
• Strong attention to source accuracy, brand voice, and publishing quality.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$63,500 - $71,500 per year
