The Content Marketing Coordinator operates within the Marketing team, contributing to strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics. This role focuses on content marketing coordination to support campaign execution, ensuring all work aligns with marketing objectives and remains traceable, actionable, and compliant within the defined operational environment.
Operational Priorities
- Coordinate content marketing efforts with marketing analytics, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action for all tasks within the context of marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
- Review and maintain logistics role documentation (Park 6) with status tracking for content marketing coordination, adhering to content-focused, marketing-focused, and coordination-owned work profiles.
- Document digital marketing activities with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are visible, owned, and actionable.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for content marketing initiatives, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and repeated errors to prevent downstream rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. The position is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
