About the role
The Content Marketing Associate supports marketing campaigns, content, and operational marketing needs. This role works closely with the marketing team, operations, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and execute marketing initiatives across digital, email, social media, and print channels
- Help out with content creation, editing, scheduling, and posting
- Keep marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables on track
- Support provider outreach, partnerships, and community engagement efforts
- Contribute to creative development including ad ideas, messaging, and design coordination across campaigns
- Aid with events, promotions, and location launches
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and external partners
- Track basic performance metrics and prepare summaries or reports
- Maintain marketing assets, templates, and internal documentation
- Give general administrative and project support to the marketing function
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Proficiency with common tools including Canva, email marketing platforms, and social media tools
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or professional services is a plus, but not required
