About the role

Responsible for leading software development projects from conception through deployment. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance. Manages project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensures adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Develops and maintains high-quality software applications
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Manages project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensures adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conducts code reviews and participates in peer code reviews
• Works closely with QA team to ensure software meets quality standards
• Participates in sprint planning and retrospectives
• Supports ongoing maintenance and updates of existing systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with API development and integration
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards
