Content Management Intern

Location: Back Bay, Boston, MA – 1st shift, 30 hours per week (flexible between 9 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday).

About the role

Client Digital Health is looking for candidates interested in managing and organizing content in preparation for our global app launch. The Global Content Management Intern will work with and support our Global Operations Team as they collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to produce a fully functioning app in multiple languages. Fluency in either Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, or German is required, as you will be handling content in these languages.

Responsibilities

• Import translated content into the Content Management System.
• Partner with the global app launch team to ensure content aligns with the app’s design and structure.
• Review content with regional country teams to facilitate a smooth translation process.
• Provide support for Digital Health Operations and product teams.
• Determine the process for managing and uploading translated content.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in university.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Read and speak Latin American Spanish (or Mexican Spanish) or Brazilian Portuguese.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Conscientious, hard-working, and proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong attention to detail.
