About the role

Robbins Research International (Tony Robbins) is seeking an experienced Content Development Producer to work directly alongside Tony Robbins and the Creative team, producing content that reaches millions across live and digital events, media, editorial, podcasts, books, and video. This role is a hybrid of producer, researcher, and creative problem-solver, operating at the pace of a live broadcast with real-time decision-making and execution.

Who you are

  • Resourceful: You thrive under constraints, turning limited resources into creative solutions (“Failure is never a lack of resources—it’s a lack of resourcefulness”).
  • Fast processor: You synthesize information rapidly, move at live-broadcast speed, and leave others catching up.
  • High-pressure operator: You have a background in environments demanding real-time decisions (live TV, live events, agency work, business ownership).
  • Gritty and scrappy: You step into unfamiliar territory, own outcomes end-to-end, and deliver without waiting for hand-offs.
  • Tony-ready sounding board: You match energy, build on ideas in real time, and willingly meet intensity or urgency.
  • Precision-driven: You hold yourself and others to exacting standards because getting it right is innate.
  • Behind-the-scenes geek: You enjoy the flow of formatting slides, structuring research, and the prep that makes Tony great on stage.
  • Accountable and relentless: You follow through without exception, especially in crunch time.
  • Certainty builder: You create your own roadmaps amid shifting priorities and ambiguity.

What you’ll actually do

  • Produce content directly with Tony and the Creative team across live and digital events (≈85% of the role), podcasts, media appearances, books, and video.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Robbins ecosystem and the broader organization, connecting stakeholders, executives, and creative partners.
  • Define and protect creative direction—ensuring Tony’s voice, standards, and vision remain intact from concept through completion.
  • Proactively identify risks and solve problems in real time, whether on-stage, in-studio, or mid-meeting.

About our Creative team & our DNA

  • We are the keepers of the flame—leaders who create higher meaning and clarity amid uncertainty.
  • We untie knots, refocus on the mission (transforming lives), and go above and beyond for one another.
  • We operate in the realm of possibility—limitations don’t live here.
  • We have outrageous fun, even in high-stress, high-stakes moments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in humanities (English, journalism, marketing, communications, or related).
  • 6+ years of post-college experience in content production, live events, editorial, media, or a similarly fast-paced creative environment.
  • Experience writing, editing, researching, and fact verification.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong command of Apple OS and Keynote (required).
  • InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (strong plus).
